Work with a registered dietitian in a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your eating patterns, experiences, and beliefs about food. Together, you’ll gently identify areas you’d like to renovate, while honoring your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, build sustainable eating practices that nurture your body and mind.

Support for parents and caregivers who want to raise children who eat well and feel good doing it.

In a warm, welcoming space, build skills and confidence in feeding your family that respects your family’s food values.

For families facing eating disorders, receive education on nutrition strategies for re-nourishing a child or adolescent body that align with your family’s culture and preferences and find guidance on approaches to interrupt eating disorder behaviors at home.

We are well informed in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) interventions, the gold standard of care for children and adolescents with restrictive eating disorders.
